An Erie man is facing charges, for allegedly robbing a Summit township restaurant earlier this week.
State police say 23 year old Jonathan Rodriguez barged into the Golden Corral around 8:30 a.m. Monday.
Investigators say, armed with a handgun, he demanded money from the manager.
State police tell us because of a quick police response, they were able to recover lots of evidence from the scene, which led them to Rodriguez.
Police arrested Rodriguez at his home, he's facing charges including robbery and terroristic threats.
State police say the investigation continues.
