Man busted cashing stolen lottery tickets

Adrian police have identified a man who is suspected of trying to redeem stolen lottery tickets.

Police say a suspect stole lottery tickets from West Pointe Party Shoppe. The man then tried to redeem those tickets.

We're told he is cooperating with police but claims he didn't know the tickets were stolen.
