The Toledo Zoo is welcoming two new babies at the zoo. The zoo says the 13-year-old polar bear Crystal gave birth to twin polar bear cubs back on November 21, 2012.
The mother and her cubs are both in a private enclosure spending time bonding. Staff members are watching the mother and cubs on a special camera and this is the first picture of the new babies.
The Toledo Zoo says the cubs will be off exhibit for a few more week, they will then move to a small private enclosure before making their grand debut sometime in May.
The little cubs are not names yet and it's unclear when the Toledo Zoo will officially name the pair. Their genders have not been released.
