Leaders at the Lucas County
Board of Elections are taking an interest in what employees are doing online.
Board Chairman Ron Rothenbuhler
tells us the board approved a new policy to monitor employee emails.
He says the policy is
needed because at least one worker sent messages to the Ohio Secretary of State's
office with critical information about the board's operations.
Rothenbuhler tells us he
hopes the open email policy will help the board address issues before they
become bigger problems.
