Many people in Erie are still without water, due to a water main break in the city.
A process of elimination brought them to the site of the Erie zoo, as a likely source of the break.
Crews from Erie Water Works have identified the origin of the problem Thursday afternoon, however, there's apparently another break they're now trying to locate.
Once they confirm the location of the break, service will be restored to all customers, within hours.
"Once we isolate those breaks, the only people affected at that point are the ones really close to the break itself. It's kind of like you valve it off and every thing else will start coming back." Said Water Works CEO Paul Vojtek.
Vojtek said they appreciate their customers patience, while they work to restore service.
