Looking for a Few Good Bands

The 8 Great Tuesdays summer concert series may seem far off, but for bands interested in playing at the events, the time is now.  The Erie-Western PA Port Authority is accepting submissions from bands interested in performing at the 2013 8 Great Tuesdays concert series.

The concerts are scheduled at the Burger King Amphitheater on Erie's bayfront, every Tuesday evening from July 9 through August 27, 2013.  Submissions can be made on the Port Authority website at http://www.porterie.org/musicians/ . Deadline for submissions is February 28, 2013.

WICU/WSEE sponsored the series in 2012 and broadcast live weather reports and interviews with the artists for each Tuesday concert.
