Water Main Break Causing Problems for Drivers

The water leak seemed to be a problem for drivers on Friday night, when two vehicles collided at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Lake Pleasant Road in Erie.

It happened just after 5:30 PM. It appeared that water from the leak caused quite a mess on the road.

Reports from the scene say the truck was driving south on Pine Ave, and slid into a car while trying to turn onto Lake Pleasant Rd.

Crews had to pry one of the car doors open to get people out. Three people were taken to the hospital, with what appeared to be minor injuries.
