TOLEDO, Ohio -
The temperature hit 32 degrees at 1am on Monday morning. That was the first time the temperature has been at or above freezing since 3am on January 20th. That puts the streak of sub freezing weather at 190 consecutive hours or almost 8 days. Temperatures will remain above freezing through Wednesday afternoon leading to a thaw. Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms may produce 1-2" of rainfall which could cause flooding. A flood watch is already in effect for areas west of I-75.
