Firefighters were called to the scene of a home explosion in Tiffin Monday.
Firefighters got the call of a home explosion on Harrison Street around 10:00 a.m. Investigators say no one was hurt in the explosion. It appears the home was a rental property and investigators say the renters had recently moved out.
The cause is still under investigation but it is believed the explosion may have been the result of a natural gas leak.
The house will be torn down by the city today because it is considered unsafe.
