O-DOT installing 10 Toledo-area billboards

The Ohio Department of Transportation is installing ten new digital billboards in the greater Toledo area.

One of the "dynamic message signs" as they're called is already being built in the median on I-475 between Airport Highway and Central Avenue.

O-DOT says the message boards are still several months from being finished.
