Erie Man Charged In Shooting Wants Out of Jail

A man accused of shooting a woman outside of downtown Erie nightclub, was in court Thursday.

Dionn Amison faces a number of charges, including attempted homicide.

The defense wants him released on bond.

If that happens, the district attorney wants him on electronic monitoring.

The case has been delayed, because one of the victims didn't show up to testify.

The judge will issue a ruling, in the next few days.
