Man charged with reckless homicide in Tiffin shooting

One man is dead after an early morning shooting in Tiffin. It happened on the 100 block of Fourth Avenue near Vine Street just after 6:00 Friday morning.

The house is roped off, surrounded by police tape. Inside, investigators say Thomas Nally, 24, died Friday morning after being shot.

The chief of police tells 13abc there were three other men inside the home at the time of the shooting. Officers recovered the weapon and took the men in for questioning.

One of those men, Damian Magers, 21, is being charged with reckless homicide and is being held at Seneca County Jail. The other two men were released.

An autoposy on the victim is scheduled for Saturday in Lucas County.
