A driver who crashed into a railroad underpass in Saturday night's snowy conditions, was taken into police custody. The accident happened about 9:30 PM on Sassafras Street under the 14th Street railroad bridge. The driver's van traveled between two of the steel supports of the rail bridge and slammed into a cement wall.
Police exchanged words with the woman at the scene of the accident. She was handcuffed and placed in a police cruiser. Police at the scene say they are trying to determine if it's a case of DUI.
