Fire Destroys East Erie Home

Crews are still working Sunday morning to determine what caused a fire to tear through a home on Erie's East side on Saturday.

It happened just before midnight in the 700 block of East 19th Street. It was first reported that a child may have been trapped inside, but crews on the scene say all residents were accounted for.

Fire inspectors were called in. No word just yet on what started that fire.
