Governor Kasich expected to discuss health care issue on Monday

WTVG - Ohio Governor John Kasich will outline his two year budget on Monday and one of the big issues will be health care for low income people.

President Obama's new health care law makes medicare more available to low income people but the state's can decide if they want to expand medicare.

Supporters say expansion will reduce costs on those with health insurance.

Opponents argue expansion will add to the national debt and that costs cannot be predicted.
