Student in fatal crash had high blood alcohol

There are new details on a deadly weekend accident.

The Lucas County Coroner's Office says an Ottawa Hills High School student had a blood alcohol level more than seven times the legal limit for a minor.

The report shows Brian Hoeflinger's BAC was 0.15.

State troopers tell us the 18-year-old suffered a broken neck and laceration to his heart after slamming into a tree early Sunday morning.
