Groups from the Orphelia Project to local internet service providers are working to address a serious issue facing our children: cyber bullying.
Kids who used to get bullied on the playground now face all day and all night hassles, as social media like Facebook and Twitter make it impossible to avoid.
Law enforcement looks for solutions in communication, telling kids who face persistent abuse to tell parents, teachers and others so that the issue can be addressed.
Those who don't confront bullying can face depression, low self esteem, ridicule and in some cases even thoughts of suicide.
