The Toledo men's basketball program is holding an alumni game in Savage Arena on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 3:30 p.m. The contest will precede the Rockets' contest vs. Eastern Michigan later that evening which tips off at 7:00 p.m.
"We are thrilled to have a number of our alumni return to campus on Saturday and we're hoping that this can become a tradition," third-year Toledo Head Coach Tod Kowalczyk said. "It's going to be good to meet and get to know some of the former players who devoted a lot of time to this program."
Following the game, the Rocket alumni will have a dinner in the Fetterman Practice Facility and be given a tour of Savage Arena and prior to UT's contest against the Eagles.
A total of 16 former Rockets and possibly more are scheduled to play in the Alumni game. In addition, UT legendary head coach Bob Nichols as well as 20 more former players, coaches and staff are planning to attend.
