Congressman Visits Erie County

Congressman Glenn Thompson was in town on Saturday, meeting with voters and friends at the annual Lincoln Day Breakfast.

The Republican Party of Erie County holds that breakfast to honor the legacy of our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln.

Congressman Thompson says the breakfast gave him a chance to talk with fellow GOPmembers about the upcoming political season, and it also gave him a break from his hectic schedule in Washington.

He said the best part about events like the Lincoln Day Breakfast is talking with the voters.
