
Area senior citizens have the chance to go to Allegheny College in Meadville for a day on Wednesday April 10. Senior Day kicks ofF at 9:30 AM with a continental breakfast and a welcome from Allegheny College faculty, administrators and students. At 10:45 AM it's off to morning class and workshops. Pre-registered seniors will be able to choose classes and special interest sessions on topics from politics, social issues and computers to music, dance and medicine.
The special day is open to anyone age 60 and over who is interested in life long learning. CATA transportation is available from select Crawford County Senior Center locations.
The activities are free but you must notify any Active Aging Senior Center by March 7th to pre-register.
