BOWLING GREEN, Ohio -
A North Baltimore woman accused of faking cancer to collect donations is expected to change her plea in that case.
Kimberlie Gustwiller is charged with one count of theft from an elderly or disabled person. She had pleaded "not guilty" to the charge, but according to the Sentinel-Tribune, Gustwiller may enter a different plea when she appears in court in May.
Her attorneys have been in negotiations with the Wood County Prosecutor's Office.
The mother-of-five allegedly faked stage four non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Friends and neighbors held fundraisers and some even shaved their heads in support of Gustwiller, whom they believed was undergoing chemotherapy.
