Getting to where he is today wasn't an easy feat for Patrick House.
In 2010 he weighed in at more than 400 pounds. It was a lifestyle he didn't want to live. So, he auditioned for NBC's "The Biggest Loser," and he won.
"Right now total, I'm down 212 pounds," House said.
Now he's spreading his message to others fighting to get fit, like 13abc's Extreme Weight Loss Challengers.
"Hopefully I'm motivating and inspiring them to get to their goals and stick to the challenge," he said.
33 people, including Robin Chlebowski, are vying for the top spot in the 13abc contest.
"Losing weight is about living and that's the main thing," Chlebowski said.
At her heaviest, Robin weighed more than 350 pounds, putting a strain on every day life. But in the last few years she's dropped 160 pounds and counting.
"I'm a new person, I'm half the woman I used to be," Chlebowski said.
Robin says she relates to Patrick's struggle and hopes to share his triumph.
House says, "anything is possible."
