An Ashtabula Cold Case is Cracked

      Five men have been arrested in an Ashtabula Ohio murder case that dates back some 16 years.  Police have arrested George Church and Stephen Boles of Ashtabula, along with Troy Jones and Eric Weaver of Youngstown.  The fifth man charged with murder is John Drummond, who has been in jail since 2004.  Police are still looking for Jawann Evans, who is believed to be an Ashtabula resident.  A reward is being offered for any information that leads to Evans' arrest.  Back in February of 1997, 23 year old Ronald Hall was found dead outside an apartment on West 38th street in Ashtabula.  He was shot four times.  Police say drugs and money are part of the motive for murder.
