A sheriff's deputy was involved in a crash with three other vehicles Wednesday morning. It happened at the intersection of Berdan and Douglas in Toledo.
Witnesses say the deputy, Molly Mason, was travelling northbound on Douglas without her lights and sirens.
Those witnesses say the deputy drove through the red light at Berdan, hitting one car and causing that car to hit a fence.
The cruiser then hit a taxi and another car waiting at the intersection.
"I know for sure she ran the red light, because it was green for a while," says Manuel Pena, a passenger in the car that was knocked into the fence. "[She] was speeding too."
Investigators say there were some minor injuries related to the crash. Police have not said whether they are going to cite anyone.
