New charge for woman accused of throwing son

A Toledo woman accused of throwing her son against a hard surface has been indicted for a tougher charge.

Amanda Bacon is now charged with aggravated murder, a charge that indicates premeditation.

Her son Avery died as a result of his injuries. Bacon was already charged with murder and child endangering.
