Local Man Charged For Sexually Assaulting Young Girl

A local man facing charges, for allegedly having a sexual relationship, with a 14 year old girl.

He's identified as 20 year old Richard Gilbertson.

He charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and corruption of minors.

Investigators say he engaged in sexual acts with the 14 year old, last Summer.

It allegedly happened, at a movie theater in Millcreek.

He's free on a $5,000 dollar bond.
