Contract talks continue
at Bowling Green State University,
but 13abc has learned administrators and faculty union members are accusing
each other of unfair labor practices.
BGSU's Senior
Communications Director confirms both sides filed claims against one another.
He says it's not unusual to see these accusations during ongoing negotiations.
The university is in the
process of cutting around 100 faculty positions to save some $5 million.
BGSU sent us a statement
saying leaders continue to work to reach a contract with faculty members. Those
negotiations have moved into fact-finding, and the university does not plan to
comment any further.
