Erie Tattoo Shop Robbed

Erie police are investigating an armed holdup at a local tattoo shop.

They got the call around 9:45 Wednesday night, to the Ink Assassins Tattoo shop at 26th and Peach.

Police say two men wearing masks and armed with guns, barged in the store.
They threatened the half dozen people that were inside the parlor. One of the suspects hit a woman on the head with a gun, she wasn't seriously hurt.

The robbers got away with a cell phone, and other personal items from the victims. They also reportedly stole hundreds of dollars from the cash register.

Police were tracking the suspects for some time Wednesday night. They did arrest one of the thieves shortly after the holdup, the victims positively identified him as one of the robbers.

Police were on the lookout for at least one other suspect.
