Police bust gasoline thief in Williams County

A man is behind bars in Williams County after police say they caught him trying to steal gasoline.

Saturday night, a deputy saw a vehicle on the edge of the road at Ohio 34 near County Road 16 in Bryan and decided to investigate.

Two passengers in the vehicle said they didn't know where the driver was.

Bryan Police officers say they found 29-year-old Michael Rochester in a near-by building attempting to steal gasoline from a residence.
