Linked By Pink Bowling Tournament

People took to the lanes at Rolling Meadows on Sunday, to help raise money for Linked By Pink.

It was all part of the fourth annual Linked By Pink bowling tournament. Over thirty teams participated in this year's tournament.

Linked By Pink is a non-profit that helps raise funds to support women battling breast cancer and their families.

Organizers say each year, they see more people coming out,  continuing to show their support.

"Its really important for us because all of our funding comes from donations and those donations are what we use to help the women that are here in our community," said Norma Zimmer, Executive Director of Linked By Pink.

Zimmer said they were hoping to raise at least $5,000 this year, all of which will help women locally.
