Police Chief Steve Franklin says that police are actively looking for the Erie teen missing for three weeks now.
It was near the end of January when 17-year old Jacob Samusenko disappeared. He was last seen in front of his home.
The five foot, five inch, 130 pound teenager became the focus of several neighborhood searches, all without success.
"We're continuing to follow every lead," Chief Steve Franklin told us, "we have several theories we are working on."
Investigators are keeping all possibilities open, from kidnapping to the belief that the teen simply ran away from a strict household.
The case is also getting national exposure by appearing on the missing children website of the Polly Klaas Foundation.
