
Erie Firefighters made quick work of an attic fire, tonight.
It broke out just before 6:00 p.m. in a house in the 1300 block of West 8th street.
According to crews at the scene, they were able to contain it to the attic.
Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Carroll says that there were two to three people home at the time. Everybody got out unharmed.
At this point, no word on a cause.
