Monroe Co. man accused of holding gun to stepson's head

A man in Bedford Twp. could be facing attempted murder charges after allegedly holding a gun to his stepson's head.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says Saturday night, a man and his 42-year-old stepson were arguing inside of their home on Lewis Ave.

Investigators say the 68-year-old suspect pulled out a gun and held it to the head of his stepson.

Deputies tell us the gun went off several times, but no one was hurt.

Law enforcement in Monroe County withholds the identities of suspects until they are formally charged in court. An arrest warrant in this case has not yet been issued.
