Erie Man Charged In Gun Incident At West Side Bar

Erie police have identified and charged a man, wanted for threatening people inside a bar, with a gun.

He's identified as 38 year old Richard Hartleb.
Police say last week, he pulled out a handgun and pointed it at three people inside Haggerty's Bar, on west 26th street.
No one was hurt.

Police took him into custody at the Erie county prison, where he was on other gun-related charges.

Detectives were led to Hartleb through a surveillance picture released to the media last week.
Investigators received several tips on his identity, which led to the arrest.
Hartleb's back behind bars on $20,000 dollars bond, facing threat and assault charges.
