Animal lovers from
around the region joined together Tuesday morning to save a cat that was stuck
in a North Toledo tree for days.
The cat went up the tree
on Elm Street
last Friday. The owner of Outdoor Inspirations climbed the tree and rescued her
Tuesday morning.
Animal House Rescue is
providing vet care and fostering the cat, who they're calling "Twiggy."
It turns out she is
pregnant and will be delivering four kittens in the next few days. As soon as
they are healthy enough, they will all be up for adoption.
Animal
House Rescue is accepting donations for their care. Visit ahrescue.org for more
information.
