A judge has denied a request from an Erie County woman to drop the charges against her in a deadly crash along Erie's bayfront last year. The lawyer for Kristin Graves, 30, wanted the results of a blood test ruled inadmissible as evidence. The attorney claimed Graves didn't agree to the test. Police say she was driving a Jeep that flipped over on the Bayfront Parkway in 2012, killing passenger Kyle Rohan, 29. Prosecutors say the tests showed Graves' blood-alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit. The judge now says the blood-test will stand as evidence when her case goes to trial.
