Rep. Mike Kelly Says Better Budget Cut Opportunities Missed

Congressman Mike Kelly is not happy about the imposed 85-billion dollars in federal budget cuts.  He believes the administration missed two opportunities last year to work with congress on trimming spending in ways that would have been much better.  He says it's not too late to come to an agreement.  Hear his comments to Weekends Now Lisa Adams on Saturday - day one of the so-called sequestration cuts.
