Owens to host Hancock Co. College Night

More than 80 colleges and universities will be represented Monday evening at the Greater Hancock County College Night.

The event will be held at Owens Community College's Findlay area campus from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Counseling staffs at nine local high schools are co-sponsoring the annual event. High school students and their parents will have the opportunity to visit with various college and university representatives and pick up important information on admission requirements and financial aid, among other things.

A similar event is planned for Wednesday evening when more than 100 institutions will be at Owens Community College's Toledo area campus. Both college preview nights are free and open to everyone.
