The man charged in a 2012 shooting that left one mad dead and another in the hospital is scheduled to head into court today. He wants some potentially critical testimony in his case to be thrown out. Erie Police say Damar Jordan, 22, is the one who shot and killed Kendall Bryant, 25 along East 6th Street last September. Jordan initially told police he shot the victim five times after he was confronted by two men he didn't know. The defense now claims police didn't let Jordan have a lawyer present when that interview took place. Jordan also says eight witnesses who told police he was the shooter, didn't actually see what happened. Today, a judge is expected to rule on what will be admissible evidence when Jordan's case goes to trial.
