Police have charged a suspect with the murder of Aderian Page, and he lived right around the corner from where the victim's body was found.
Page's family says they've seen the suspect in the neighborhood before, but they don't know him, or why their loved one was with him.
The family says while they're grieving their loss, knowing that the man allegedly responsible for Aderian's death is behind bars, is certainly a relief.
They describe Aderian as a family man, who liked to stay at home and spend time with his three young kids.
They gathered Tuesday afternoon to talk about him, and the tragic way his life was taken.
At 35 years old, they say his life was cut way too short, by a senseless crime.
And while they laugh about the good memories they have, they grieve his loss.
While they do all of that, they say they're grateful his alleged killer is behind bars.
"Not knowing what happened, how it happened who did it we were just lost. We're just glad that's it's over. We're relieved that it's over and we can rest now knowing who did this." Said Janaya Page, Aderian's sister.
"We're all sticking together to cope with it, and deal with it." Said Aiya Page, Aderian's daughter.
The family says they're very close-knit, and that's certainly helping through this tough time.
