There is a move on
Capitol Hill to increase the federal minimum wage to more than $10 an hour.
The national minimum
wage is currently $7.25 an hour. That's 60 cents lower than the Ohio's minimum wage of
$7.85.
Some in Congress are
proposing $10.10 an hour wage by 2016.
The bill would also
boost pay for wait staff and other employees who earn tips and link future pay
hikes to cost of living increases.
