Contest offers chance to win free funeral

Funerals can be very expensive, but now you can apply to win a free funeral, no matter your health or age.

As part of its 125th anniversary, Coyle Funeral Home and Cremation Services is hosting an essay contest. The business is asking you to write about your humorous funeral experience, to show grief can turn into a celebration of life.

Every month for the rest of the year one person will win up to $5,000 worth of services.

To enter, just send a 500 word essay to mcoyle-stamos@coylefuneralhome.com.

Participants must be 18 years or older. Essays are due by the 30th of each month.
