Secor Road's northbound lanes will be closed, turning the southbound lanes into two-way traffic and a center left turn lane. 13abc's media partner, The Blade, reports that the closure will start at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
The closure is pending any wet weather. The first phase of the waterline and reconstruction project is to paint the new traffic pattern on the road. This can't happen if the pavement is wet.
The entire project will last until November and cost 5.4 million dollars.
