Ohio released a county-by-county breakdown of January's unemployment rates today.
Lucas County jumped to 9.6 percent, which an increase of two percentage points from December.
In the city of Toledo, the jobless rate in January was 10.3 percent, up from 8.2 percent the previous month.
Ottawa, Wood, Hancock, and Fulton Counties also saw increases. Right now, Ottawa County has the 5th highest unemployment rate in the state at 13.9 percent.
