New Traffic Light Added At West 38th Street

A head's up for drivers on West 38th Street. Do to increasing traffic, LECOM and the City of Erie have decided to add a traffic light, at West 38th Street and Ellsworth Avenue.

Starting on March 14th, the traffic light will operate in a flashing mode, to alert drivers.

It will then be converted to a full red-yellow-green light during the week of March 18th.
