Woman Killed, Man Injured in Mobile Home Fire

A woman is dead and man is recovering, following a mobile home fire in Summit Township.

It happened around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, in Holly Acres Estates. Firefighters arrived at 7371 Rosebay Street, to find the mobile home engulfed in flames.

According to the Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook, an elderly couple---both 71-years-old---lived their. Fire crews tell us that the man was found outside and was eventually flown to Pittsburgh for treatment. The extent of his injuries are unknown at this hour. Cook confirms that the woman who lived their was found dead inside.

As of right now, the names of the victims have not been released. Investigators are trying to figure out a cause.
