
A Warren county man who admitted to shooting and killing a Tidoute woman is scheduled to learn his fate in court today. Randy Poole, 52, pled guilty to third degree murder in the shooting death of Kathleen Sweeney. Sweeney's body was found in her car in the garage of her Warren County home back in January. She'd been shot twice at close range. Police say before she died, she called 9-11 and told them Poole did it. He told police he was high on bath salts at the time. Poole faces up to 40-years in jail when he's sentenced later today. Watch 12News and SEE News for the latest updates.
