Warren County Killer Gets Long Sentence

52-year old Randy Poole could very well spend the rest of his life in jail, after being sentenced to 33 to 66 years for the execution style shooting death of 56-year old Kathleen Sweeney.

Sweeney was found shot twice in the back of the head. Friends had previously testified that on the day of her death Poole appeared to be on something. He later told police that he had taken bath salts.

Poole pled guilty to four counts including 3rd degree murder. He was sentenced in Warren County Court.
