OHP investigating murder of inmate at Toledo Correctional Institution

Police are investigating a murder at the Toledo Correctional Institution.

The victim has been identified as Arturo Lopez, 43, of Port Clinton.

The suspect is not being named, pending the outcome of the investigation and any formal charges.

The assault happened Sunday night. Lopez later died from his injuries.
