("MakeMusic" or the "Company") (Nasdaq- MMUS-News) relating to the proposed acquisition by LaunchEquity Acquisition Partners, LLC Designated Series Education Partners("LEAP"), an affiliate of LaunchEquity Partners, LLC.

Under the terms of the transaction, MakeMusic shareholders will receive only $4.85 in cash for each share of MakeMusic stock they own.
